A Lifetime of Experience in the Cleaning Industry

Elsy Rodriguez, founder of Excel Janitorial LLC, brings over 36 years of experience in custodial and facilities management. Originally from El Salvador, she relocated to the United States and began her career as a custodian at the National Archives in Washington, DC. Within weeks, her strong work ethic and leadership skills earned her a supervisory position at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

Advancing Through Leadership Roles

Over the next several years, Elsy continued to advance into management positions, including Assistant Manager at Fort Myers Military Base, followed by promotions to Account Manager and Area Manager. These roles gave her extensive experience in supervising staff, managing client relationships, and maintaining high-quality cleaning standards across multiple facilities.

A Proven Record of Professionalism

In 2004, Elsy joined MGM Services as an Account Manager, where she quickly earned another promotion to Area Manager. There, she strengthened her reputation as a leader who collaborates effectively with staff, clients, and vendors to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Launching Excel Janitorial LLC

Today, Elsy is building on her decades of knowledge and leadership by launching Excel Janitorial LLC. Her vision is to establish Excel Janitorial as a premier Building Service Contractor serving Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Through reliable service, affordable pricing, and hands-on leadership, she is committed to setting a new standard of excellence in the industry.
